Our booking process

1. The first request

Every collaboration begins with a conversation. We talk about your day, your values, what matters most to you. No pressure – just clarity, connection, and trust.

2. Booking with intention

Once you decide to move forward, a signed agreement and 30% deposit secure your date. From here, you can relax – everything is taken care of.

3. Clear direction

Together with your planner, I help create a visual flow that aligns with your timeline and atmosphere. Light, architecture, emotion – planned with care, but always with space for the unexpected.

4. Your wedding day

I work quietly and attentively, with intention. Present when needed, invisible when possible. My approach is calm, observant, and grounded – so you can stay fully in your moment.

5. Your preview

Within the first week after your wedding, you’ll receive a hand-picked preview. A small selection of images that reflect the essence and feeling of your day.

6. Your story in images

Six weeks after your celebration, your complete gallery will be ready. A curated collection of timeless, emotional imagery – created to last and to be lived again.

Cathy accompanied our wedding in August. We got on really well straight away and already had a lot of fun at the previous “getting to know each other”/engagement shoot.
